Filter Press

Filter press is divided into plate frame filter press and box filter press,it is an intermittent pressure filter equipment for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions.It relies on a compaction device to compact the filter plate, and then uses material pump to presses the sus pension material pump into the filter chamber.

The filter cloth is used to achieve the purpose of separating solid particles from liquid materials. The structure of the whole machine is simple and the separation effect is good. It is easy to use and has a wide range of applications.It is widely used in coal washing, inorganic salts, mining, alcohol, petroleum, chemical industry. fuel, metallurgy, medicine, food, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking and sewage treatment field.

Types of 200, 380, 500, 700, 870, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000, and various special-shaped filter plates and filter presses.
The filtering area is up to 2000m².
Filter plate material: stainless steel, cast iron, rubber, reinforced polypropylene, glass fiber with high temperature resistance, pp-30 elastomer membrane plate.
Liquid flow forms are open flow, dark flow, washable, non-washable, medium feed, corner feed, upper and middle feed and other forms.
Filter plate compąction methods are: manual sçrew compaction, electro-mechanical com paction fluid, and hydraulic cylinder compaction. For special requirements of the filter press can be resolved separately.
The whole maçhine doęs not include material infusion pumps and filter cloths. If nece ssary supplies can be specified in the contract.
According to the special requirements of customers, our company can produce non standard models and products suitable for your needs.
If technical data changes due to model improvements, the actual size at the time of ordering shall prevail.
